No Refund Policy (Digital Products & Services)

All products and services offered by Profitabulls are digital and educational in nature.

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase — including access to educational materials, private communities (such as Discord), and live trading sessions — all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.


Acknowledgement Before Purchase

By purchasing any product or service from Profitabulls, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital educational product/service

  • You will receive instant access to content and/or community platforms

  • You waive your right to refunds, chargebacks, or disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law

  • You understand that results from trading are not guaranteed


Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased product or service.

If you experience any issues accessing your content, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Failure to access the content due to user error (e.g. incorrect email, failure to follow instructions, or issues with third-party platforms such as Discord) does not qualify for a refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of access and usage of our services

  • Suspend or terminate your access to all services

  • Take further action where necessary to recover funds
